Prior to AGA, she was the Director of Graphic Arts at American Express working with the Merchandise Service, Corporate Card and Special Projects divisions. Miriam was a member of the team that brought American Express to the World Wide Web in 1994.
She began her career over twenty-five years ago as an illustrator, cartoonist and graphic artist prior to moving into business management. She’s a sought after expert, author and frequent speaker at industry conferences.
Miriam considers herself “technologically literate” and swears she can make anyone feel comfortable with today’s technological options.
Terrence Frawley is EVP, Creative Director and co-founder of e-Diner Design & Marketing, Inc. Terry is a graduate of Florida State University with a degree in Advertising Design. He began his career as staff artist at Burdine’s department store in South Florida over twenty-five years ago.

Terry's exposure to diverse clients and projects allowed him to acquire significant expertise in problem solving, design, illustration, typography and retouching.
Having started his career in the analog world, he is equally adept with today’s graphic arts software programs. Terry is a founding member and part of the Steering Committee of the New York InDesign Users' Group. He's also a member of NAPP (National Association of Photoshop Professionals). He keeps his artistic hand flexible in the analog world through his passion and hobby — oil painting. Some of his paintings hang in the walls of our offices and inspire us all.
